Data Processors

This page lists Celestical's current sub-processors. It forms part of our Data Processing Addendum and is updated when our sub-processors change, in accordance with the Sub-processors section of the DPA.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)

• Purpose: File and object storage.
• Location: Data is stored in the AWS Frankfurt (Germany) region.
• Transfer mechanism: Not applicable.

Cloudflare, Inc.

• Purpose: Content delivery network, DDoS protection, and bot detection.
• Location: US.
• Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Postmark (AC PM LLC)

• Purpose: Transactional email delivery.
• Location: US.
• Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Render Services, Inc.

• Purpose: Application hosting and managed database.
• Location: Servers are located in Frankfurt (Germany), data may be transferred to US.
• Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)

• Purpose: Error monitoring.
• Location: Data is stored in Frankfurt (Germany) but may be transferred to US.
• Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
